Jenn McNeely is a Georgia attorney and has focused her practice in the areas of campaign finance compliance, election law, legislative consultation, statutory interpretation, administrative law, and government affairs on the federal and state levels. She has extensive state executive and legislative branch work experience, having served in various roles in the offices of Governor Sonny Perdue, Lt. Governor Casey Cagle, and former-Senate Majority Whip Cecil Staton. Jenn also worked in the Republican National Committee's Legal Counsel's Office as well as a member of the 2012 Professional Services Team for the 2012 Republican National Convention in Tampa, Florida. Jenn has represented individuals, small businesses, elected officials, political action committees, and campaign committees before regulatory and administrative boards. She has advised state officials on a wide range of legal matters related to Georgia's prescription drug monitoring program, campus carry, immigration reform, Georgia's title ad valorem tax, and criminal justice reform. Jenn has championed the passage of legislation and advocated on behalf of various citizenry groups before state and federal regulators.
In her spare time, Jenn focuses on her passion project, Next Level Campaigner where she teaches political consultants and candidates the best practices for campaign finance compliance so that they can run successful political campaigns in Georgia. Her goal is to give every student of her course the confidence they need to organize their political campaign infrastructure, implement effective checks and balances, avoid disciplinary action for non-compliance, establish themselves as subject matter experts, and feel supported throughout their campaign. Jenn wants to build a community of competent Georgia political consultants and candidates that will take their campaigns to the next level.
Jenn received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Georgia State University. She later went on to acquire her law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. Jean currently volunteers with NewPowerPAC, a non-partisan advocacy groups focused on educating women on how to become involved in politics on the state and local levels. She was recently elected to serve as the PAC’s treasurer. Jenn and her husband Michael live in the suburbs of Atlanta.
