Carmen Foskey is a native of Warner Robins, Georgia currently living in Canton. She began her political career on David Perdue's Senate Campaign, serving as the Middle Georgia Regional Field Director. After assisting with various Republican efforts in Louisiana and Pennsylvania, Carmen returned to Georgia to manage Eddie DeLoach's successful bid for Mayor of Savannah, unseating the Democratic incumbent and ending the decades-long Democratic rule of the city. She most recently served as campaign manager for U.S. Rep. Doug Collins before joining the Georgia Republican Party as Executive Director.
